Picking up the action on a flop of [Td9d8h], Chris Moorman checked, and Rich Dixon bet 4,000. Moorman check-raised to approximately 20,000, and Dixon re-raised to about 75,000 with about 10,000 behind. Moorman moved all in, having Dixon covered. Dixon called.

Moorman had flopped a straight, but Dixon had outs to both a higher straight and a flush draw. The turn [3h] gave Dixon no help, and when the river [8c] completed the board, Moorman’s straight held to eliminate Dixon.
