Mikita Badziakouski ended Day 1 as the chip leader with 5,660,000 in chips ahead of Jason Koon, Stephen Chidwick, Lun Loon, Lee Wai Kiat, and Phil Ivey. The final six players are guaranteed $105,000 in prize money, while all eyes are on the $756,000 first-place prize.
