Danny Tang Goes Into The Tank
Danny Tang was briefly over the 1,000,000 chip mark, but is now back under the chip average after losing a pot to Anson Tsang.
Action was picked up with four players checking through the [Ad8h7s] flop. The [Ts] came on the turn and Sam Greenwood checked before Cary Katz followed behind.
Tang bet 80,000 and Tsang was the only caller from the cutoff.
The [Kh] completed the board and Tang checked to his in-position countryman. After a few seconds, Tsang bet 180,000 and immediately Tang started talking.
“I should have block-bet and three-bet jammed.” he said while re-checking his cards and counting down his stack.
He went through two time extensions, trying to work his way through what he could beat.
“Not much.” he admitted.
Eventually, he called and Tsang tabled [QdJs].
“The nuts? Boring!” Tang said while he watched Tsang stack more than a million.
