Grafton Goes Over Pot
Action was picked up with Sam Grafton check-calling 3,000 from the blinds against Michael Zhang on a flop of [8d3d2s].
Both Englishmen checked the [Ts] on the turn and Grafton bet 20,000 after the [8c] paired the board on the river.
There was only 12,000 in the pot and as Zhang’s 30-second clock ticked down, it looked like he was going to use an extension. He ended up folding with a few seconds to spare and Grafton joked that he didn’t get anything – a call or a time bank.
“Too valuable.” Zhang said, referencing his three time banks and chips.
