Erik Seidel and Jason Koon Flop Trips
Jason Koon opened to 35,000 from under the gun and Steve O’Dwyer called before Erik Seidel did the same in the hijack. Justin Bonomo also called in the big blind and he quickly checked the [AhJsJc] flop.
Koon continued for 40,000, O’Dwyer folded, and Seidel raised to 80,000. Bonomo got out of the way and Koon called to send two players to the turn.
The [Td] brought a check from Koon and a 120,000 chip bet from Seidel.
Koon called and then checked the [3c] on the river.
Seidel used an extension before he also checked and after Koon tabled [QhJd], Seidel turned over [KhJh].
“I was snap folding the river too.” Koon said, before he and Seidel exchanged a few more words about the multi-way spot.
