Lauren Roberts made history on Saturday night. She became the first woman to win a USPO event, taking down Event #3 for $218,400. Roberts beat a stacked final table and battled back from being one of the shortest stacks to earn her first career title and best live cash. On the outer tables, the $10K Short Deck event kicked off. Yet again, Stephen Chidwick and Sean Winter headline the final table. The two come into play in the middle of the pack, trailing chip leader David Peters. Caption Contest! Hellmuth returned to the U.S. Poker Open in Event 4 and immediately made his presence known. He approached Cary Katz for a selfie and as you can see, Katz was reluctant to agree. 
While “The Brat” returned, this is the first time we’ve seen Ben Lamb at this years USPO. He made his presence known without a selfie, bagging chips for Sunday’s final table. The Vegas cash game legend will come into today’s final table as the shortest stack and he will need to get something going quickly if he wants to take home his first USPO title.
Another day, another final table for USPO Championship leader Stephen Chidwick. Chidwick comes into today’s final table with a middle of the road stack. Another tough final table battle versus Sean Winter, who is nipping at his heels in this points race, means Event #4 could shake up the leaderboard.
