O’Dwyer Takes Two From Grafton
O Dwyer held [6d6c] Sam Grafton flicked up the corners of [QcJh] and short-stack Robert Flink had [Ts8h] with 90,000 chips in the pot before that came [9d6sQh].
O’Dwyer, having made bottom set, bet out 50,000 after Flink’s check, Grafton alone called.
On the turn of [Ad] O’Dwyer fired out 115,000 and got a fold from the chip leader, dethroned by that skirmish.
“What’s the delay, an hour?” asked Grafton after the hand. He wants to see the stream, and in the next hand, O’Dwyer’s shove with pocket tens saw Sam Grafton make the right fold again, holding pocket eights.

Grafton Reclaims Chip Lead
After joking that winning any hand at this early stage would see Grafton “reclaim” the chip lead, the Brit has definitely done that after this early clash.
Steve O’Dwyer looked down at [8s8d] hijack in the hijack and bet 22,000, with Grafton, holding [JcJh], choosing to three-bet on the button to 68,000. Action was folded round to O’Dwyer, who elected to just call, leaving himself 24 bigs behind.
The flop of [Ks4dQc] saw O’Dwyer check and Grafton was happy to check behind to a turn of [7d]. Again, O’Dwyer checked and Grafton did likewise, with the same actions on the [2h] river seeing Sam Grafton reclaim the chip lead with the superior pair.

Flink Starts Short on the Bubble
With play underway, all five players will be very aware that play begins on the bubble. No-one will want to leave with nothing in 5th place when whoever finishes in fourth place will take home £26,600.
Most under threat to leave without profit is Robert Flink, who has just 17 big blinds to play with at the start of play. Flink will need to start well to put himself back into contention early on.
