More For Tsang

Anson Tsang raised before the flop to 23,000 and Chin Wei Lim was the only player to make the call in position.
The flop brought out [Kh7s6d] and Tsang bet 20,000 which was called by Lim.
On the turn, the [Ks] hit and Tsang picked up the pot after betting another 45,000.

What Would You Do With 10-9 Off?
Sam Greenwood was left wondering after the last Event #4 elimination after shoves from Stephen Chidwick and Elio Fox forced the Canadian out of a sizable pot.
Action was picked up with Chidwick shoving 81,000 and Elio Fox, the next player to act, re-shoving for 82,000.
The table folded to Greenwood, who was on the button, and he used a time extension while debating his next move. Eventually, he folded and was disappointed he did by the end.
Chidwick held [AcKd] and Fox held [QhQs], but it was Greenwood’s 10-9 that would have connected on the [Ts9h9d8s9c] runout.
While Fox collect the pot, Greenwood collected some Short Deck wisdom from the table, and Chidwick re-entered.

Lim vs. Chip Leader Lebedev
Russia is making a British Poker Open debut thanks to Sergey Lebedev’s Event #4 appearance and while he is near the top of the counts, he just lost a small pot to Chin Wei Lim.
Action was picked up after a few limps and Lebedev raised to 15,000 from the big blind. Lim called and the rest of the table folded to send two to the flop.
Lebedev continued for 15,000 on the [KdJs6h] flop and Lim called to see the [Td] fall on the turn.
Both players checked and they did the same after the [Qd] completed the board.
Lebedev tabled [QhJd] for two pair, but Lim turned over [Tc9s] to take the pot with a straight.

Watson’s Rough Start
Mike Watson has burned through three bullets already and with a wry smile he said, “They just kept giving me king-jack.”
Watson summarized his elimination by explaining that he moved in for 60,000 and was called by Mikita Badziakouski. Watson showed [AxQx] and Badziakouski showed [AxJx].
“Your readers will enjoy this,” Watson smiled, “Because the flop was ace-jack-jack.”
Watson found no miracles on the turn or river and has since re-entered this event.

Chin Wei Lim Looks to Continue Short Deck Run
Chin Wei Lim made a brief appearance earlier in this British Poker Open series and he’s returned for today’s £10K Short Deck event.
While Lim’s biggest career score came in this summer’s £1,000,000 buy-in Triton Million, he’s also picked up a few sizable Short Deck cashes.
Two of those results came in that same Triton Million series and Lim’s most recent came in Barcelona when he finished 2nd in a €25,000 Short Deck event for almost €150,000.
Lim isn’t the only player in today’s field with Short Deck experience, but if momentum means anything he could be one to watch.
