Welcome to the Final Table of Event #7
Welcome back to live reporting coverage from Aspers Casino in East London as Event #7, the £25,000-entry PLO event has reached its final four players.
With just four players left, we are still on the bubble, with just three of the poker superstars assembling at the felt going to be paid.
Sam Soverel comes into play as the chip leader, and he’s the man to beat both in this event and the overall standings, with the American red hot favorite to be crowned champion at the end of the Series this coming Sunday.
Sam Soverel comes into play with 849,000 chips, but he’ll face stiff competition for the win, with George Wolff – who has also already won an event this Series on 650,000 and Stephen Chidwick just behind him on 618,000. Online and live crusher Ben Tollerene is favorite to bubble the event, with just 133,000, but this is Pot Limit Omaha and the British Poker Open; if you watched Event #6 on the live PokerGO stream yesterday, you’ll know that anything can happen and short-stacks can survive for a long time on the bubble!
You can watch the final four return to play to a winner live today on PokerGO with play resuming presently.
Here are the chipcounts and Seat Draw heading into the action:
