Farrell Enters With a Bang
Niall Farrell entered the tournament with a fresh 1,000,000 stack and he immediately put it to use. The action was opened by Jack Sinclair from middle position when he raised to 12,000. Hijack Antonio Martinac three-bet to 35,000 and it folded to Farrell in the big blind. He went for the four-bet to 100,000 and a quick fold by Sinclair followed. Martinac flicked in the call.
The flop fell [8d7h4h] and Farrell took his time to put in a single chip worth 100,000. Martinac didn’t waste any time and he quickly folded his hand.
”Textbook” was said by Farrell before the table was notified that they were going to do a redraw to add another table to the tournament.

Aaron Been Wins One and Loses One
In the first hand Jacob Daniels raised from the button to 12,000 and he was called by big blind Aaron Been. The flop was dealt [6c5h2c] and Been check-called a bet of 11,000.
The turn was the [Js] and Been checked again. Daniels fired a bet of 31,000 and that was too much for Been who folded his hand.
In the next hand it folded to Been in the small blind and he completed. Big blind Marty Mathis checked his option. The flop came down [jhts6c] and a bet of 5,000 from Been was enough to win the pot.
