Sam Soverel Eliminated in 9th Place ($50,000)
On the first hand back from the dinner break, Sam Soverel ran a big pair into chip leader Matthias Eibinger’s aces.
Action was picked up with Garik Tamasian opening the button to 1.2 million and after Soverel shoved from the small blind, Eibinger re-shoved from the big.
Tamasian got out of the way and Soverel’s [QhQc] had two outs against the big stack’s [AdAs].
The bullets held and while Soverel will earn $50,000 for his final table run – Eibinger is now over 60 million.
