Registration Closed, 125 Total Entries
After ten levels of play and a break, registration in the $25,000 MILLIONS Super High Roller is officially closed.
125 players have built up an over $3,000,000 prize pool and 58 remain heading into Level 11.
Day 1 ends at after Level 12, meaning that just two levels separate the remaining field from the bags.
A rundown of the big stacks and potential Day 2 storylines will be posted at the conclusion of play.
Over 50 on First Break, Who’s Here?
A quick trip around the tournament area just before the first break of Day 1 confirmed what we thought when today’s Super High Roller started. It’s a who’s who affair of poker elite, including players that we’ve already seen during Super High Roller Bowl Bahamas.
The group includes partypoker pros Isaac Haxton and Mikita Badziakouski, along with Sam Greenwood, Nick Petrangelo, Alex Foxen, Christoph Vogelsang, David Peters, Ali Imsirovic, and Sam Soverel.
There are also a few handfuls of players that we have yet to see in action at the Caribbean Poker Party, including Noah Schwartz, Larry Greenberg, Adrian Mateos, Mike Leah, Jeremy Ausmus, Jorryt van Hoof, and Mustapha Kanit.
Photos from today’s field will be posted shortly and can be viewed via the above “Photo Gallery” tab.
Underway with 15 Players, 12 Levels on Day 1
Play is underway in the $25,000 MILLIONS Super High Roller.
16 players are spread across two tables to start and the field is scheduled to play 12 levels on Day 1.
Registration and re-entry is allowed through the first 10 levels of play, meaning that we should see this $2,000,000 guaranteed field grow over the next few hours.
Poker Central’s Live Reporting team will provide updates throughout Day 1, with complete coverage starting tomorrow when a final table is reached.
