PokerGO Tour Presented by Guaranteed Rate Season Concludes with $50,000 PokerGO Tour Championship

Welcome to the PokerGO Studio at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, for Day 1 of the $50,000 buy-in PokerGO Tour Championship.
The newest event on the inaugural season of the PokerGO Tour presented by Guaranteed Rate will be the grand finale of 2021 as the world’s best players look to conclude the year in spectacular fashion with a potential million-dollar first-place prize.
For the first time in PokerGO Tour history, players that register before the 12 p.m. PT start time, a $1,000 appearance fee, and $0 rake are on offer in the PokerGO Tour Championship. Late entries and re-entries will pay the designated tournament fee of $2,000. Players start with 150,000 in chips and entry is open until the start of Level 7. The 30-second shot clock will also be in play with each player receiving six 30-second time extensions per entry. The final six players will receive an additional six 30-second time extensions. On Day 1, the tournament will play down to the final six players. Those six players will return for Day 2 to play to a champion.
In addition to crowning a winner of the PGT Championship, the winner of the PokerGO Tour presented by Guaranteed Rate leaderboard will be crowned. Ali Imsirovic leads the way with 4,364 points and has cashed in 34 of the tour’s events for $6,028,321 with 14 of those cashes resulting in victories. Michael Addamo is currently second with 3,083 points, while Sean Perry sits third with 2,525 points. The PokerGO Tour presented by Guaranteed Rate Player of the Year will be awarded a $200,000 prize and have their name etched on the Guaranteed Rate Cup. Additional cash prizes of $100,000 and $50,000 will go to the players finishing in second and third place, respectively.
