With a dead small blind, Daniel Dvoress raised his button to 150,000 and Kathy Lehne three-bet the big blind to 250,000.

Dvoress called, and the flop landed [9cQs3h] and both players checked. The turn fell the [Tc], and Lehne bet out 250,000. Dvoress folded.
