Christoph Vogelsang had [2s2d] and Stephen Chidwick three-bet to [AsAc]. Timothy Adams, holding [9c9h], four-bet all-in for 283,000, and when Vogelsang got out of the way, Chidwick snap-called with the rockets.
The board of [4s4dJs8dKh] saw Chidwick double with ease and Timothy Adams slide down to just four big blinds.
Chidwick made it 9,000 in the next hand with [AdTc] and Vogelsang woke up with [AsAc], three-betting to 48,000. Chidwick dodged those bullets like he was in The Matrix.
Timothy Adams then moved all-in with [KhTc] for 15,000 and Christoph Vogelsang raised to 26,000, Chidwick four-bet to 60,000 and Vogelsang made the call.
The flop [4d3sQs] saw Vogelsang check-call Chidwick’s bet of 30,000. The turn [Ts] saw both Vogelsang and Chidwick both check, Adams picking up the spade draw without knowing it.
The river of [2h] saw Vogelsang and Chidwick both check, and it was the German who raked in the chips as Timothy Adams busted, walking away from the table in 9th place.

The board ran out [5dTc2sTd2c] and a set of fives kept Greenwood’s tournament hopes alive.

Greenwood Hurting as Badziakouski Rakes in Another
On a [8d5c3c] flop, Sam Greenwood checked from the big to Mikita Badziakouski who was seated to his immediate left and bet 9,000.
Greenwood made the call and the turn brought the [5s]. This time both players checked and the river completed the board with the [7d].
Greenwood checked a third time and called the 22,000-chip bet from his opponent. Badziakouski showed [9c7c] and took down the pot.

Vogelsang Gets Value with Aces Full
Christoph Vogelsang bet 8,000 with [AhAc] pre-flop and Katz alone called with [Qs2s].
The flop of [Td6s2c] saw a 12,000 bet by Vogelsang, called by Katz.
The turn of [As] saw Vogelsang bet just 20,000 of his 318,000 remaining chips and Katz again called. The river of [2d] was an incredible card, giving Katz brilliantly-disguised trips, but Vogelsang the full house aces over deuces.
Could the German extract full value?
Vogelsang made it 80,000 and Katz just made the call and lost the absolute minimum.
Oddly in the next deal, Katz had [AsAc], but couldn’t find the action Vogeldang did in the previous hand.

Three hands have British Poker Open Event #9 winner Stephen Chidwick chip up considerably, latterly at the expense of the eliminated Matthias Eibinger.
Firstly, on a board of [2s8sAh7dQs] with just 20,000 in the pot, Chidwick bet out 10,000 with [QdTd]. Vogelsang had the decision and called wit the [7h6c], paying off the Brit.
Secondly, another river bet from Chidwick, this time to 42,000 on a board of [Ks7h4h3d7s] where the slow-played king from Chidwick teased Cary Katz [QhJc] go into the tank, even using a time extension before making the call.
In the third hand, Eibinger moved all-in pre-flop with [KcJd] for 43,000 and was called by Chidwick with [Ah9h].
The board of [6h2h4c] saw Eibinger’s outs reduced to just four, but the [Qd] turn didn’t help him. The river of [6s] saw Austrian Matthias Eibinger busted from the Super High Roller Bowl London in 10th place, with Chidwick stacking up more than the starting stack.

![](https://storage.googleapis.com/pokercentral/2019/09/8c69873e-mikita-badziakouski_british-poker-open_ata_6544-1024x681.jpg)
David Peters opened the cutoff to 9,000 and Sam Greenwood three-bet to 26,000 on the button.
From the small blind, Mikita Badziakouski used a time extension chip and then moved all in for 196,000. Peters folded, but Greenwood called.
Greenwood: [AsQs]
Badziakouski: [KcKh]
Badziakouski was in the lead, and when he saw the [Ks] he was delighted. The remainder of the flop filled out [Ks6s8c] to give Greenwood flush outs.
The [4h] on the turn changed little, and when the [5c] completed the board on the river, Badziakouski secured the double.
