Seth Davies Wins Super High Roller Series Europe Event #8: $50K Short Deck for $435,400

The penultimate event of the Super High Roller Series Europe would see 19 entrants take a seat in this one-day tournament with the $950,000 prize pool paying the final three players. Once Mikita Badziakouski was eliminated in third-place, two Americans were left to battle for the title with Seth Davies emerging victorious over Jake Schindler to collect the Event #8 title and $435,400 first-place prize.
The Merit Poker presents Super High Roller Series Europe is sponsored by Luxon Pay and GGPoker and features the $250,000 buy-in Super High Roller Bowl Europe as the main attraction. Events will be streamed for free on PokerGO. The series takes place at Merit Royal Hotel Casino & Spa in North Cyprus. With this win, Davies now climbs to over $10.5 million in lifetime tournament earnings which sees him rise to 88th on the All Time Money List behind David Pham and Erick Lindgren. Schindler now sits just shy of $27 million in lifetime tournament earnings and solidifies his spot in 17th on the All Time Money List.
