Chris Brewer Finds a Double

Chris Brewer (button) and Manuel Stojanovic (small blind) had created roughly a 160,000-pot before the [Tc9d6s] flop. Stojanovic checked and so did Brewer.

Stojanovic shoved on Brewer on the [5c] turn and Brewer called right away, putting in 85,000.

Iakov Onuchin limped under the gun, Stephen Chidwick overlimped from the button, Phil Ivey completed, and Dylan Weisman checked.

Chidwick bet 10,000 on [QhJd8d] and only Ivey check-called.

Ivey checked the [5c] turn and called a 50,000-barrel from Chidwick.

The [4d] river went check-check and Chidwick showed the [QsQd9h7d] for the winner.

With [QsJcAsJd7d] on the table, Manuel Stojanovic (small blind) and Tomas Ribeiro (cutoff) had made it to the final betting round by the time the action was caught.

Ribeiro fired 150,000 into a sizeable pot and Ribeiro quickly called. Stojanovic tabled the [AhAc5h4h] and raked in heaps of chips to improve to 890,000 and take the pole position for now.
