Picking up the action on the [8sQdTh9s] turn, Daniel Dvoress bet 35,000 into about 115,000 and Chris Brewer called from the button.

The river fell [Kd] and Dvoress bet 55,000. Brewer called and Dvoress showed the [Jc9c] for a straight. Brewer couldn’t beat that.
