Super High Roller Series Europe Event #5: $50,000 Short Deck Starts Monday, April 11, at 2 p.m.

Welcome to the Merit Royal Hotel Casino & Spa in North Cyprus for Super High Roller Series Europe presented by Luxon Pay and Event #5: $50,000 Short Deck.
The inaugural Super High Roller Series Europe was held in August 2021 with Phil Ivey, Johan Guilbert, Tony G, Selahaddin Bedir, Santi Jiang, Artur Martirosyan, Seth Davies, and Ali Imsirovic all winning titles. The marquee Super High Roller Bowl Europe attracted 41 entrants and saw Wiktor Malinowski collect the $3.69 million first-place prize. For the 2022 Super High Roller Series Europe, there will be ten events on the schedule with disciplines including No-Limit Hold’em, Pot-Limit Omaha, and Short Deck, while buy-ins range from $25,000 to $100,000 along with the $250,000 buy-in Super High Roller Bowl Europe that starts on April 13. Prior to Super High Roller Series Europe, Triton Cyprus will be running four events starting on April 2 with two No-Limit Hold’em and two Short Deck tournaments.

Event #5 will see players begin with 300,000 in starting chips, and levels will be 40-minutes in duration with a 10-minute break every two levels. Players that register before the start time of 2 p.m. PT will not have to pay rake on their tournament entry, but this will not apply for late entries and re-entries. Registration closes at the start of Level 9, and players are allowed unlimited reentries. The 30-second shot clock will be in-play with each player receiving six 30-second time extensions per entry. The final six players will receive an additional six 30-second time extensions. The final table for this event will be streamed the following day on PokerGO’s YouTube channel.
