From under the gun, Cary Katz raised all in for 20,000. Next to act, Vikenty Shegal reraised to isolate. Everyone else folded, leaving Katz all in and at risk with the [9h9c] against Shegal’s [TdTs]. Katz flopped a nine to take the lead and held from there, with the board running out [AdKc9dJs6h]. Shegal was left with 40,000 in chips and eliminated on one of the hands that followed.
