Justin Bonomo Dealt River Blow to be Eliminated
![](https://storage.googleapis.com/pokercentral/Justin-Bonomo2019-US-Poker-Open_AmatoDSC_8070-1024x681.jpg)
Justin Bonomo opened with a raise in the cutoff before Keith Tilston three-bet to 10,000 on the button.
The blinds folded, and Bonomo called as the flop landed [9hQh3s].
Bonomo checked and Tilston bet 10,000. Bonomo called, and then checked the [Jh] on the turn.
As Tilston’s initial 30 seconds was about to expire, he splashed out a bet of 30,000.
Bonomo used his full time before announcing that he was all in for roughly 140,000.
Tilston shrugged, re-checked his hole cards, and then placed in a stack of chips to signify a call.
Bonomo: [8h7h]
Tilston: [QcQd]
Bonomo was at-risk but had turned a flush against Tilston’s top set. The dealer burned and turned the [9c] on the river and Bonomo’s flush would now be second-best to Tilston’s full house, and he was eliminated from the $100,000 Main Event.
