Stephen Chidwick and Sean Winter Lead, Third Final Table for Winter
Eight players will return to play for the Event #3 – $10,000 No-Limit Hold’em title at 5 p.m. EST.
Stephen Chidwick leads the way, with Sean Winter close behind. Chidwick is the defending U.S. Poker Open champion and is currently second in the overall standings to defend his title. Winter has now made all three USPO 2019 final tables and is sitting just behind Chidwick in third place overall.
There is an added $100,000 set to go to the overall points leader and 2019 USPO champion.
Lauren Roberts, Ralph Wong, Brandon Adams, and Jerry Robinson are all making their first USPO final table appearances. Robinson did finish seventh in Event #1 this year, but this is the first USPO cash for the rest of the crew. Koray Aldemir, who has had plenty of success in tournament poker has also booked his first USPO cash, and is currently sitting in the middle of the pack, entering the day in fourth position.
