Brian Rast Makes First British Poker Open Appearance
Super High Roller Bowl London is less than a week away and now three previous Bowl winners have made British Poker Open appearances.
2017 winner Christoph Vogelsang debuted during yesterday’s £25,000 No Limit Hold’em event and 2016 winner Rainer Kempe debuted earlier in the series. The former is going for his first BPO cash on PokerGO, while Vogelsang ended up bubbling the TV final table.
The inaugural Super High Roller Bowl boasted a bigger $500,000 buy-in and Brian Rast beat Scott Seiver heads up for over $7,500,000. The high stakes veteran only plays a handful of tournaments each year and it looks like Super High Roller Bowl London could be one of them.
While Rast’s playing plans aren’t official, he’s officially made his BPO debut. Rast was seated from the start of Event #6 to the direct left of Vogelsang on Table 2.
