Andrew Graham’s Level 4 Stack Approaching Day 1a’s Final Leaders’
Runaway chip leader halfway through Day 1b is Andrew Graham, with two towering stacks of 100,000 value chips that just got even taller. A threeway flop of [9s8h3c] saw small blind Andrea Fossati check, Matas Cimbolas do so too and last to act Graham bet 40,000. Call from Fossati. Back to Cimbolas who check-raised to 175,000. Both Graham and Fossati threw in the call.
Turn: [3s]. Fossati checked and Cimbolas bet 220,000, called by Graham, in position, alone, after ascertaining that Cimbolas had about 1,600,000 chips.
River: [Ac]. Cimbolas checked. Graham reached for chips – 450,000 to be exact. Cimbolas thought for a while but made the fold.

Vieira Overbets
We got there on the river as a board of [5c8hKd] [5d] [3c] was already out and the pot contained 410,000 in chips.
Small blind Joao Vieira bet a hefty 525,000. Christopher Fraser on the button tanked for a bit, used a time extension card, and eventually called.
Vieira showed [KsQh] and that was enough as Fraser mucked.

Foxen Caught Bluffing in Monster Pot as Fast Calls With Ace-Queen High
![Alex Foxen (photo: Mickey May/partypoker)](https://storage.googleapis.com/pokercentral/2020/01/84514b25-090120_millionsuk_main_day1b_231119_mm_136829_49356531037_o.jpg)
We got there on the turn but found out the details from Dietrich Fast after the hand had completed.
Fast opened under the gun plus one for 25,000 and saw small blind Alex Foxen three-bet to 110,000. Fast called in position after the big blind folded.
Foxen fired 60,000 on the [6h2cKh] flop, 210,000 on the [2d] turn, and 535,000 on the [7h] river.
Fast called all streets, using a time extension card on the river before making up his mind.
As soon as Fast called, Foxen instantly mucked. Fast showed [AsQh] for ace-queen high as he raked in the massive pot.

Max Cooler for Nicholls
A hand that was to escalate massively started with an early position open from Colin Gillon to 22,000, three-bet by Max Silver to 72,000. Over to Anthony Nicholls, who cold four-bet to 225,000 (775,000 behind). Gillon folded immediately, but Silver, after a bit of a think, set Nicholls in.
Nicholls indicated to the dealer to just keep taking his timebank cards as he finished his lunch (it took three). He called, showing [Kdkh]. Unfortunately for him, Silver tabled [AdAh] – even the suits weren’t live.
After the [2h5d8sqhqs] run-out, Nicholls hit the rail.
“He cold four-bet, I thought it was quite strong but when he tanked…” said Silver. “Maybe he almost folded.”

Triple Timebank River Decision for Rezaei
![Christopher Brammer (photo: Mickey May/partypoker)](https://storage.googleapis.com/pokercentral/2020/01/e4db1f7b-090120_millionsuk_main_day1b_231119_mm_136688_49355870823_o-1024x683.jpg)
Chris Brammer three-bet under the gun raiser Daniel Rezaei (next to act) from 25,000 to 65,000 preflop. There were to follow calls at every available opportunity, however a big decision made Rezaei dive into the timebank on the final one.
Flop: [As7cAc]. Check-call 30,000.
Turn: [9s]. Check-call 50,000.
River: [Jh]. Check-call 200,000 (over a third of Brammer’s remaining stack) – but only after throwing in three 30 second timebank cards to make his decision. He mucked when shown Brammer’s [AdKc].

“I Just Keep Raising Till he Folds”
When we arrived, the turn was already out in a pot between Alex Foxen (small blind) and Chris Moorman (button).
Foxen bet 49,000 on [6dQsAd] [8s] and Moorman called.
The [Jd] completed the board and Foxen bet 43,000. Moorman raised to 150,000 and Foxen took his time making up his mind. He used a time bank card before three-betting to 485,000. Moorman folded right away.
“How do you do it?” Dietrich Fast asked with a smile.
“I just keep raising till he folds,” Foxen said with an even bigger smile.
