Alex Foxen moved all-in for his final 375,000 from early position and Jeremy Ausmus called to score the knockout in the big blind.

Ausmus held [6h6d] and was flipping against Foxen’s [AdQd]. The board ran out [9x7x3xKx5x] and the short stack was bounded in 12th place.

Randall Emmett moved all-in from the button for just over 200,000 and Isaac Baron called in the big blind.

Emmett held [Ad9d] and Baron needed to hit to score the knockout with [As3c].

He did. The board ran out [Td7d3h6h7c] and even though Emmett flopped a monster draw, he couldn’t get there and was eliminated in 13th place.

Stephen Chidwick Eliminated in 14th Place ($19,400)

Stephen Chidwick ran a bluff against Isaac Baron that left him short and a few hands later, he shoved his final 280,000 from middle position. Ralph Wong also shoved and Sam Soverel then shoved from the big blind.

Three players were all-in and Soverel needed to hold to score the double knockout.

Chance Kornuth Doubles Through Ralph Wong

Kornuth held [As8s] and needed to hold against [Ad5h].

The board ran out [Kh6d3d7hQd] and Kornuth got a little revenge – but more importantly a double to get back over 500,000.

J.J. Feregrino Bubbles Event #1

Thai Ha scored a double through Sean Winter and then a few hands later, tournament short stack J.J. Feregrino was all-in and at risk on Table 2.

Action was picked up with Isaac Baron opening to 50,000 and Ralph Wong called on the button. Feregrino, who was in the small blind, shoved for 55,000 and after Chance Kornuth called in the big blind, Baron and Wong came along as well.

Kornuth checked the [Kd9h8d] flop and Baron bet 50,000 – only to see Wong shove for 260,000. Kornuth folded and Baron quickly called, tabling [AcAs].

Wong stood from his chair as he turned over [8c8s]. Feregrino was drawing thin with [Qc7d] and after the [2h] came on the turn he was officially drawing dead. Baron still had outs to win the entire pot, but the [4h] completed the board and Wong’s double.

When the dust settled, J.J. Feregrino was eliminated on the bubble, Ralph Wong was back in contention after being short for the last few levels, and the remaining 14 players have all opened their Poker Masters accounts with Event #1 cashes.
