Matthias Eibinger Eliminated in 10th Place
Three hands have British Poker Open Event #9 winner Stephen Chidwick chip up considerably, latterly at the expense of the eliminated Matthias Eibinger.
Firstly, on a board of [2s8sAh7dQs] with just 20,000 in the pot, Chidwick bet out 10,000 with [QdTd]. Vogelsang had the decision and called wit the [7h6c], paying off the Brit.
Secondly, another river bet from Chidwick, this time to 42,000 on a board of [Ks7h4h3d7s] where the slow-played king from Chidwick teased Cary Katz [QhJc] go into the tank, even using a time extension before making the call.
In the third hand, Eibinger moved all-in pre-flop with [KcJd] for 43,000 and was called by Chidwick with [Ah9h].
The board of [6h2h4c] saw Eibinger’s outs reduced to just four, but the [Qd] turn didn’t help him. The river of [6s] saw Austrian Matthias Eibinger busted from the Super High Roller Bowl London in 10th place, with Chidwick stacking up more than the starting stack.

Mikita Badziakouski Doubles Through Sam Greenwood
David Peters opened the cutoff to 9,000 and Sam Greenwood three-bet to 26,000 on the button.
From the small blind, Mikita Badziakouski used a time extension chip and then moved all in for 196,000. Peters folded, but Greenwood called.
Greenwood: [AsQs]
Badziakouski: [KcKh]
Badziakouski was in the lead, and when he saw the [Ks] he was delighted. The remainder of the flop filled out [Ks6s8c] to give Greenwood flush outs.
The [4h] on the turn changed little, and when the [5c] completed the board on the river, Badziakouski secured the double.

On a flop of [Th8s5h] with roughly 80,000 in the middle, Mikita Badziakouski checked from under the gun to Ali Imsirovic on the button who bet 32,000.
Badziakouski called, and when the turn fell the [Kd], he checked once more.
Imsirovic bet out 48,000, and after using a time extension chip, Badziakouski folded.

Vogelsang and Adams Pushed Off the Turn
Christoph Vogelsang made it 8,000 with [AcQd] and Cary Katz made the call with [Ah3h], with Timothy Adams completing from the big blind with [6c5c].
The flop of [4sTh2d] actually helped both of Vogelsang’s opponents, although it kept him the favorite to win the hand. The turn card of [9h] gave Katz the flush and straight draws, however.
After both Vogelsang and Adams checked, Katz bet 30,000 and got a fold from Adams almost instantly, and Vogelsang folded it away too.

The flop landed [7s6cQc] and both Badziakouski and Elias checked. Imsirovic bet 8,000, and after Badziakouski called, Elias folded.
The turn fell the [Jc] and Badziakouski checked. Imsirovic bet 25,000, and Badziakouski folded.

Katz Turns a Draw Into The Winning Hand
Stephen Chidwick made it 9,000 pre-flop with [9c9s] and was called by Timothy Adams with [6h6d] and Cary Katz with [5c2c].
The flop came [Jd3c4s] and Katz took the betting lead with the open-ended straight draw, making it 11,000 more. Both Adams and Chidwick made the call.
The turn card of [7d] saw Adams and Chidwick check, but Katz made it 40,000, and he got two pretty quick folds.
Cary Katz has made a fantastic play on the turn to extend his chip lead at this feature table wit 720,000. “This is not your average businessman.” as Brent Hanks says in the PokerGO studio alongside Jeff Platt.
With £2.1 million up for grabs to the winner and £900,000 the runner-up prize, Katz knows he would go past Phil Hellmuth with the outright win here in East London. What a story that would be.
