Jordan Cristos leads the final six players in Event #2: $10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha. Play resumes on the PokerGO live stream at 5 p.m. EST.
Cristos is almost a million chips in front of the next closest player, Cary Katz. Katz is looking for his first-ever PLO tournament win. His best previous finish in a PLO tournament is fourth.
Sean Winter enters as the short stack, but with back-to-back final tables, he will at least tie U.S. Poker Open leader and defending champion Stephen Chidwick for first place in the overall standings. If he manages to ladder to fifth or better, Winter will take the first place spot. Winter finished second in Event #1 to Chidwick and both players jumped into Event #2. Chidwick finished 18th.
Manig Loeser, Adam Hendrix, and Martin Zamani are all making their first U.S. Poker Open final table.

Jordan Cristos slowly chipped up during the final 7 players and will head into the final table with a slight edge in chips.
The big news out day however was Event #1 runner up Sean Winter who made it two final tables in two days and will have to maneuver from the bottom of the pack if he hopes to improve on his runner up finish from Event #1.
Winter currently sits just behind the defending champion Stephen Chidwick in the U.S. Poker Open standings after two events with 140 points to Chidwick’s 200. A 5th place or better finish places him into a tie with Chidwick for the lead, while a 4th place or better finish gives him the lead outright.
Jordan Cristos also has a shot to shake up the leader board as well following up his min-cash in Event #1 with his final table appearance. Cristos needs a win to take the lead outright from Chidwick.
The players reached the final table when Martin Zamani knocked out Brent Roberts when his [Qx9x] best the [9x2x] of Brent Roberts on a board of [9h9c8sQc2s] to send home Roberts with the $32,000 seventh-place prize.

The flop came [Ts9h2s] shifting the hand into Adams favor but giving Hendrix the nut flush draw. The turn saw the [3d] but the river landed the [Qs] to give Hendrix the nut flush and eliminate Adams just short of the money in 11th place.
Anthony Alberto was the next man out after running his [QsJh5h5s] in the [AcAdQh6d] of Cary Katz to finish in 10th place for the $19,200.
Ben Yu, who was short stacked for most of the day, finished in ninth-place after running his [3s3c5c9s] into the [QdQc7h2d] of Manig Loeser cashing for $19,200.
Dan Shak finished in eighth-place for $25,600 after navigating one of the shortest stacks in the room when hand for hand play began.
Notable players to bust just before the money included Event #1 winner and defending U.S. Poker Open Champion Stephen Chidwick (18th), Justin Bonomo (12th), Larry Wright (17th) and Anthony Zinno (14th).
